This is one of my favorite recipes to try for breakfast. Eggs are protein-rich and will provide you with lots of energy. You will also enjoy Vitamin C and potassium from the sweet tomatoes in this recipe. The purpose of pesto is to add a fresh garlic taste and vibrant color to the meal. You should surely try this one morning.
AVOCADO TOAST
This is the second recipe I recommend for your breakfast. This recipe is so simple and easy. It is sliced or smashed avocado put on top of a piece of toast. It may look so simple, but you won’t think like that anymore after taking a bite. Avocado is filled with fiber and cholesterol. You can make this recipe more fun by adding mashed avocado, a small amount of olive oil, and lemon juice onto toasted bread. You can also add salt and red pepper flakes.
POACHED EGGS WITH MUSHROOMS AAND TOMATOES
You can start your breakfast with this easy-to-prepare comfort food. This is simply sautéed tomatoes and golden-brown mushrooms with poached eggs. To prepare, heat a little of olive oil and sauté the mushrooms for a minute or two and season. Bring a shallow pan of water to simmer, add vinegar and salt. Break one egg into a saucer; stir the water to create a whirlpool and let it cook for about 3 minutes. To serve, sprinkle with grated cheese, pepper, and fresh chives. You can also make this for dinner. Enjoy!
FRUIT AND CHEESE. You can try this making this easy recipe for breakfast. This meal is very balanced and easy to prepare. All you have to do is to get an apple, 1 to 2 ounces of cheddar cheese, and
¼ cup of walnuts. Place them in a resealable plastic bag, chill, and serve in the morning.
